AVTINAS Incense Perfumes

Mankind received a precious present in nature, the trees, bushes, and flowers. Everything that grows is for man's sustenance, his health and nutrition. Man returns his love to nature and grows and cultivates the land. The rain, rivers and oceans are the water sources which slakes the land's thirst and provides for it. This is all for the benefit of man and life on earth, and for the entire universe. We learn this from the creation of the world in the Bible

There are innumerable plant species in nature. It is impossible to learn about and identify all of them. Some are common and some are rare, and each one has its specific habitat, which has the optimum climate and soil for its growth. Throughout man's lifetime, he aspires to research and achieve the maximum knowledge about the flora closest to him and to learn about the diversity of the tools available to him, which could improve his lifespan, health, and quality of life. In the 21st Century, industry and technology have evolved tremendously, so besides man seeking ideal living conditions, we have been slowly disconnecting from the land which sustained humans since creation. Homes are no longer one story high but mutli-stories or skyscrapers and most of us have much less cultivated land and yards. We are less and les exposed to natural habitats which were once part and parcel of the human experience.
There are many studies in this day and age about medical herbs developed from lab-grown plants but there is less and less exposure to the actual plants. The knowledge about the plants power has been neglected in favor of conventional medicine. The pharmaceutical companies with huge advertising budgets, convince customers to go to the pharmacies to find a balm for their various needs. There we find nature engineered and processed and not at its most potent potential. In the past the potent power of plants was harnessed, and the great doctors would heal with natural tinctures. As we realized that, we chose to delve into the study of thousands of years of history of plants in the Jewish Temple.
THE WISDOM OF THE PAST THE FUTURE OF YOUR SKIN
We investigated the various biblical plants and their various uses as they appear in ancient encyclopedias, in our ancient literature and in the manuscripts as they appear in National Libraries, and in modern studies. The first step was to identify the species, to raise them in their original habitat and to test their effects. One of the ancient records of medical herbs in history is the biblical incense. The incense in Jewish tradition is a special sacrifice of 11 different perfumes with different aromas and medicinal benefits. It was sacrificed twice daily on the Golden Altar in the Temple. The incense contained the most expensive and powerful perfumes known to the ancient world. They were extracted from trees, bushes, and flowers.  They had an energizing and euphoric effect, and a wide range of cosmetic and healing benefits on the body.
The Roman historian Pilenuis has a 37 volume encyclopedia, at the end of which he lists the most expensive merchandise in the world, with the ingredients of the incense on the list. Many years have past since the priests of the Avtinas family concocted the traditional incense. Our biblical commentators and wise men have maintained the traditions of the ancient plants for two thousand years. Eventually, some of the plants became extinct or changed their name or became rare. In some cases, it's hard to know exactly which plant it is exactly and there are different opinions. The different opinions are all valuable, because as we research the different opinions we learn about the important and valuable plants in ancient times, for cosmetics, for medicine and perfume and we also discover their ultimate habitat and use in the present time.
