The main emphasis in AVTINAS NATURAL COSMETICS products is on the essential oils, their cultivation methods, and their quality.

Essential oils are the active part of the material, characterized by a variety of qualities.

The differences between the various oils begin with their place of cultivation. The closer the plant is to its natural habitat and connected to quality soil that allows it to absorb its optimal qualities, the more potent it is.

We ensure the distillation of the essential oils is done close to the cream preparation process to achieve an amazing result on the skin.

Often, essential oils are transported between continents, taking a long time from harvest and extraction until they reach the "plate." At AVTINAS NATURAL COSMETICS, the oils undergo a meticulous extraction process that preserves their quality; hence production series are limited. The products are intended for connoisseurs only 🙂.

On Shabbat, there are thirty-nine primary categories of labor prohibited by Jewish law. One of the prohibited labors is "smoothing," which involves spreading and smoothing a substance evenly.

As detailed in the book "Keeping Shabbat According to Halacha": if the cream is spread until it is completely melted and absorbed by the human body, it is not considered "smoothing," and it is only prohibited when the cream remains and one wants to smooth it over the body's surface. If the cream is liquid, meaning it spreads on a surface when placed, it does not constitute the prohibition of smoothing, and it is permissible to anoint the body with it.

Avtinas' liquid cream, already in the development stage, was tested and approved by Rabbi Shlomo Yosef Machpud, a leading halachic authority, member of the Council of Torah Sages, and head of the Yoreh Deah kosher certification and rabbi in Bnei Brak.

Essential oils are derived from various parts of the plant, depending on the type of plant - flowers, leaves, fruit peels, branches, etc.

Other factors affecting the oil include the growth environment - organic and natural, the distillation season, the time of day (differences between day and night), and the duration of distillation. The shorter the distillation, the more it yields the quality part of the material and ensures that the oil will be fresh and revitalized.

Like any substance, there might be sensitivity to the cream. Since these are natural creams, the likelihood of sensitivity is low. However, some people are sensitive to natural elements like gluten from wheat.

There are many good cosmetic products on the market, based on advanced formulas and good ingredients.

However, beyond the ingredients themselves, we believe that a good recipe has a central component not listed in the ingredients. It's called love. In our priorities, the creation is done with joy, with a lot of love, while the commercial aspect is secondary to the desire and aspiration to bring you a product that you will love and feel your best with.

The process of developing a cosmetic product is long and complex. It took us several years to thoroughly examine each ingredient, the combination of ingredients, and their suitability and effects on different skin types. Many tests were required to understand the correct dosage of each of the natural active ingredients until the products were developed to our satisfaction.

Even after we were satisfied, we tested on many women their enjoyment and verified that thanks to using the products we developed, they felt an improvement in the appearance and vitality of the skin.

Three senses determine the right product for you to choose:

Sense of touch - your personal feeling. Whether your skin is usually dry or oily. As the season is drier or you are exposed to air conditioning that dries the skin, it is recommended to nourish the skin at least twice a day with a generous hand until fully absorbed on the face and neck.

When your skin feels pleasant to the touch, a small touch and gentle massage with day cream in the morning and the same process with anti-aging cream in the evening will give you a sufficient feeling.

Sense of sight - you see that your face looks good, without blemishes and a reduced appearance of wrinkles.

Sense of smell - you enjoy feeling the cream, and its scent is soothing.

In Israel, most women tend to have dry skin. Therefore, usually, it is sufficient to wash the face thoroughly with cold water.
It's very important to maintain clean skin.

In the case of acne in adolescence or teenage years, it is advisable to use a suitable facial soap, gentle with natural ingredients and natural antiseptic additives.
