Registration on the Site and Providing Information to Site Management
- Some of the services on the site require the submission of personal information such as your name, address, contact methods with you, and your email address. Fields that are mandatory to fill will be explicitly marked. Without submitting the requested data in the mandatory fields, you will not be able to use the site’s services (“Registration”).
- Site Management has a database where your details (name, address, phone, and email) will be stored, which among its purposes includes direct mailing and contact with the client, customer service, customer club management, sales management, marketing, and client recruitment, product delivery.
- It is hereby clarified that the user is under no legal obligation to provide the information as stated, and the provision of information depends on her will and consent. However, filling in some of the fields in the registration process is a necessary condition for completing the registration and purchase process.
- The user declares and undertakes hereby that all the information she will provide and/or update on the site is correct, reliable, and accurate, and that she has registered and/or provided the information in her name and for herself only, and not on behalf of and/or for third parties, except in cases where she was explicitly authorized to do so.
- The information provided by the user and additional information that will accumulate about her and her actions through the site will be saved in the database of the Site Management, as detailed above, and will be used in accordance with the purposes of the database detailed above and in accordance with this privacy policy and/or according to the provisions of any law.

Collection and Use of Information
- Site Management is authorized to collect and use the information provided by the user at the time of registration and/or information that has accumulated about the user, including during the use of the site and during viewing and use of the content that the site offers, in order to improve, enrich, or change (including changing the site displayed to the user) the site, the services, and the content offered on the site, and also in order to update the user and conduct satisfaction surveys regarding promotions and/or services offered by the Site Management, on its behalf and/or by third parties with whom the Site Management has

- Without detracting from the above, subject to the user providing her contact details to the Site Management and her consent to receive direct mail, the Site Management will be authorized to send the user, from time to time, by email, SMS/WhatsApp, and/or other communication means provided by the user, information regarding its services and also marketing and advertising information of the Site Management. It is clarified that the mailing is done through a system provided to the Site Management by an external supplier, which provides services to the Site Management. Therefore, the user is aware that the Site Management will not be responsible in the case of a claim under the Spam Law and/or in the case of a fault not under the control of the Site Management. The user will be able to cancel her consent at any time and cease receiving the information through the “Remove” button that will appear at the bottom of the message.

Use of Data Analysis Tools
- The site uses Google Analytics, which is an internet data analysis service offered and provided by Google Inc. (“Analysis Service” and “Google”, respectively). The Analysis Service uses Cookies, which are text files stored on your computer, to analyze user activity on the site. The information collected and stored by the Cookie about your use will be transferred to Google and kept on its servers.
- Google will use the collected information, among other things, for the following uses: evaluating your use of the site, producing site activity reports, providing various services related to activity on the site and on the internet, etc. Google may transfer the information to third parties if required to do so by law and/or for the purpose of processing the information through a third party acting on behalf of Google. - The site uses remarketing with the Analysis Service for online advertising, which will display ads on third-party or Google websites. For this action, the site, the third party, and Google use Cookies, to efficiently tailor different ads based on previous visits to the site.

Disclosure of Information to Third Parties
The Site Management will take reasonable and customary measures to protect and prevent the transfer of personal information that identifies the user by name and/or identity details, to third parties, except in the following cases:
– At the request of the user and/or with her explicit consent;
– As needed to receive the services offered on the site.
– Within the framework of business collaborations with companies related to the company.
– In any case where the user has violated the terms of use, including the privacy policy and/or in cases where the user has performed or attempted to perform actions through the site and/or in connection with it, which are contrary to the provisions of the terms of use, including the privacy policy, including the provisions of any law;

Information Security
- The Site Management does everything possible to protect the confidentiality of the data provided by the users of the site and its customers, taking customary precautionary measures and using advanced security technologies. The user is aware that the Site Management allocates resources and takes strict measures to prevent penetration into the site and possible damage to the user’s privacy, but it cannot absolutely prevent disruptions on the site.
- The Site Management will use protection and encryption means, common in the field of e-commerce in Israel for online information transmission operations, and as required by law. The said protection means are intended to secure encrypted information flow between the user’s computer and the site’s servers and the Site Management.

- The Site Management clarifies that in cases that are not under its control and/or result from force majeure, it does not guarantee that the site will operate regularly, without any interference, and/or that the site and/or the data collected and/or provided as above will be absolutely immune from unauthorized access and/or intrusion into the Site Management’s databases, and the user is aware that the Site Management will not be responsible for any direct or indirect damage and/or loss of any kind, caused as a result, including due to privacy infringement.
- The use and clearance of credit cards from the site are encrypted and secure through an external credit card clearance company, using modern encryption methods and by encryption mechanisms that comply with international standards.

All payments on the site are made through a credit service provider authorized by credit card companies to the PCI DSS standard (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard), a uniform standard for information security in businesses established by an international council for handling information security issues in credit card usage.
